We hope you love your ÉLAN sunglasses – but if something isn't quite right, here's how to return them.
🕒 Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the complete packaging (sunglasses, case, cleaning cloth & info card).

Prepare your return package

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
