Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your ÉLAN sunglasses – but if something isn't quite right, here's how to return them.


🕒 Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the complete packaging (sunglasses, case, cleaning cloth & info card).


📦 How to Return

  1. Email us first
    Send your return request to elaneyewear@web.de
    Include your order number and reason for return (optional).

  2. Prepare your return package

    • Carefully re-pack the sunglasses and all accessories

    • Use safe packaging to prevent damage in transit

  3. Ship to

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation via email once the refund is processed.


❗️Please note:

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of wear or damage

  • Accessories (case, cloth, card) are missing

  • The return is shipped after 14 days without prior notice
