We hope you love your ÉLAN sunglasses – but if something isn't quite right, here's how to return them.

🕒 Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the complete packaging (sunglasses, case, cleaning cloth & info card).

📦 How to Return

Email us first
Send your return request to elaneyewear@web.de
Include your order number and reason for return (optional).
Prepare your return package
- Carefully re-pack the sunglasses and all accessories
- Use safe packaging to prevent damage in transit

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation via email once the refund is processed.

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product shows signs of wear or damage
Accessories (case, cloth, card) are missing
The return is shipped after 14 days without prior notice
